Heather is the Adobe Commerce Services Sales Lead in EMEA with 10+ years experience working with Marketing, Sales and Technology leaders. She has worked in Consulting, Advisory and Technology sales with some of the world’s leading businesses across Fashion, Retail, CPG and Manufacturing organisations. Prior to joining Adobe, Heather spent 5 years in the Marketing and CX practice at Gartner.

Heather is passionate about helping clients innovate, overcome challenges, and make the right decisions both for their business and its customers. As part of the Adobe Commerce Professional Services team, Heather is responsible for ensuring clients have the necessary knowledge, resources, and expertise to successfully deliver unmatched commerce experiences whether they are new to Adobe Commerce or taking the next step on their roadmap.
