Award categories

These nine award categories recognise the extraordinary Experience Makers who are driving transformative customer experiences in their organisations and industries.

The Advocate. This award recognises the company demonstrating an innovative customer-first approach, creating personalised customer journeys using Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

The Ambassador. This award recognises the individual who has gone above and beyond by sharing their Adobe Experience Cloud product expertise and best practices to help their peers and colleagues succeed.

The Catalyst. This award recognises companies using Adobe Real-Time CDP as a catalyst to combine data sources and activate high-value customer signals for timely and relevant experiences that drive engagement while protecting consumer privacy through strong data governance policies.

The Conductor. This award recognises the company optimising their content creation and delivery workflows to accelerate time to market using Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

The Disruptor. This award recognises the company delivering personalised, immersive shopping experiences for B2C, B2B or hybrid customers and fuelling growth using Adobe Commerce.

The Experience Maker Executive of the Year. This award recognises the visionary leader who has driven digital transformation across their organisation and delivered advances in customer experience to achieve significant business impact leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

The Experience Maker of the Year. This award recognises the individual or team that has worked collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business impact with Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

The Maverick. This award recognises the groundbreaking company that has fearlessly pioneered innovative customer experiences through imaginative, out-of-the-box strategies and transformative use of Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

The Transformer. This award recognises the company that has made a strategic shift across people, processes and technology to create a digital-first go-to-market approach that leads to measurable business growth using Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

Submissions for the 2025 Adobe Experience Maker Awards closed on October 11, 2024. We’ll honor our finalists and reveal the winners live at an invitation-only gala event hosted during Adobe Summit in Las Vegas on March 17, 2025.
