Keynotes
We’ll kick off with an opening fireside chat from Adobe’s CFO and EVP for Finance, Technology Services, and Operations Dan Durn , who is also a former naval officer, and Adobe’s VP for Public Sector Mike Levy. Durn and Levy will set the stage for a day of discussion around experience-led government. They’ll highlight how agencies are embracing digital experiences that put people first — from personalizing public services to creating more connected and productive employee experiences.
Additional keynotes include:
- Government Workforce of the Future. U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Deputy Chief of Staff Margot Conrad will explore cutting-edge strategies that are reshaping and empowering the federal workforce, from the use of technology to streamline operations to DEIA initiatives and flexible hiring. Additionally, Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Human Capital Cynthia Snyder and Adobe Vice President of Digital Employee Experience Toni Vanwinkle will discuss how to cultivate a future-ready digital government workforce.
- The State of AI in Government. State of California Secretary of Government Operations Amy Tong and Department of Defense Chief Digital and AI Officer and CTO Dr. William Streilein will shed light on AI’s evolving use across government. They’ll discuss current policy, the potential of AI and machine learning, and generative AI as a co-pilot for improving operational efficiency, employee productivity, and mission outcomes.
- Women in CX Innovation. Former Federal CIO Suzette Kent will sit down with Department of Veterans Affairs Deputy Chief CX Officer Barbara Morton and Adobe General Manager for Public Sector Kelly Olson to share insights on the present state of the digital landscape, the impact of emerging technologies, and their own innovation journeys.
Session tracks
Sessions are presented in three tracks, each covering a key priority area for government:
Track 1: Experience-driven government
The public wants trusted, personalized experiences from government — just like they get in the commercial sector. This track explores how to create modern digital experiences that drive user engagement, streamline service delivery, reduce administrative burden, and build public trust.
Track 2: Government workforce of the future
Discover ways to revitalize the government workforce by modernizing the employee experience. Less than half of employees say they’re happy in their jobs, and 30% are on the brink of retirement. With many agencies struggling to attract and retain skilled talent, a strong employee experience strategy will be crucial to staying equipped for future mission-critical work.
Track 3: Future-proof customer experience with content velocity, authenticity, and generative AI
This track explores the rising demand for content that supports timely, seamless, and customized services. Learn how teams are innovating content management to personalize communications at scale, launch omnichannel campaigns, and promote trust and transparency in the age of generative AI.
You may attend any session in any track. All tracks will be rich in insights, best practices, and success stories that are sure to inspire you in your own transformation efforts.
Networking and interactive experiences
Between sessions, be sure to visit the Adobe Experience Center — a hands-on lab experience where you can demo Adobe’s next-gen tools for solving government’s biggest challenges. You’ll also be able to check out great products and services from our sponsors AWS, Carahsoft and Deloitte Digital.
Meanwhile, networking opportunities throughout the day will give you a chance to chat and connect with your industry peers.
