Filippo leads the IDC Retail Insights: European Retail Sub-Industries Digital Strategies program, works with retailers to inform their digitalization strategy and with technology providers to help understand market potential.
Filippo's research is focused on the impact of technology on retail operations and business processes and how the digital transformation resulting from technology adoption is influencing and responding to consumer behavior dynamics.
Before joining IDC, Filippo worked at global research and advisory firm Coresight Research, where he advised leading companies and emerging retail-technology providers on the impact of technology in retail. Previously, Filippo worked for business intelligence firm Euromonitor International as Retail Analyst, as Consultant at UK Trade and Investment, and at the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK.
