ADOBE EXPERIENCE MANAGER FORMS FEATURES
Customer communications
Engage customers with timely, personalized communications delivered securely across any channel. Experience Manager Forms has easy-to-use drag-and-drop functionalities and on-demand, scheduled, or batch delivery options, so you can foster new and lasting customer relationships.
Batch and on-demand communications
Design, preview, generate, and deliver a wide range of communications — like scheduled statements, event-triggered messages, and batch communications such as privacy updates.
- Automated responses. Generate and deliver thousands of personalized documents in batches, triggered by business rules that you define, to reach customers when they are most likely to engage.
- Personalized delivery. Send correspondence through a customer’s preferred channel, including web, email, app, or print.

Document generation
Generate documents in a variety of formats to streamline workflows and save time and resources.
- Assembler service. Combine, rearrange, and augment PDF and XDP documents and obtain information about document formats.
- Output service. Merge templates with XML form data and output to various document types, including PDF, PostScript, ZPL, and PCL formats.
- Printer service. Use API functionality to send generated documents to a specified printer. Document generation also supports ZPL, IPL, DPL, and TPCL label printer formats.
Document security and encryption
Encrypt and define role-based access to protect PDF and Microsoft 365 documents inside or outside of your organization’s firewall.
- Document protection policies. Use specified document confidentiality settings to determine how a recipient can print, copy, edit text, add signatures and comments, and more.
- Dynamic policies. Change security policies on PDFs and Microsoft files after distribution.
- Document encryption. Safeguard PDF and Microsoft 365 documents with encryption that conforms to federal standards.
- Document revocation. Quickly and securely revoke document access from customers or internal personnel, even after you’ve distributed it.

Multi-channel communication
Create mobile-responsive web and print-ready communications with a single drag-and-drop editor that easily synchronizes content across channels.
- Drag-and-drop variables. Draft your content and use drag-and-drop data elements and quickly bind them to specific variables within a template.
- Single editor. Create and edit documents for web or print channels in a single editor, rather than using multiple separate editors.
- Multi-channel fragments. Build components once — including charts and text blocks — and drag and drop them across channels as needed.
- Multi-device preview. View how documents will look across several devices — including desktop, smartphone, and tablet — all within your browser.
