Nicolai Humphreys is a Senior Product Manager at Elsevier (part of RELX Group) advancing the set of optimisation tools, methods and processes product managers use to improve their products and product experiences. Passionate about data, technology, research and people, Nicolai has over ten years experience working with digital products and services.
Henry Burr is Head of Strategy at Creative CX. He oversees the delivery of strategic engagements across a varied and diverse portfolio of clients. He is experienced in conversion rate optimisation as well as experiment-led product development. Henry has held a variety of roles in digital working both client and agency side in a career spanning more than 15 years.
Jamie has worked in digital marketing for 20 years, 12 with Adobe helping clients implement and adopt optimisation, personalisation and behavioural targeting in the EMEA and APAC regions. Jamie currently heads up the product and industry marketing team for the Adobe Experience Cloud in EMEA. His current areas of focus include personalisation, AI and the role of tech in delivering customer experiences.
