Nikolaj is leading the Web Analytics & Online Optimization unit at Nordea bank. Nordea is the largest bank in the Nordic region. 9,2M customers. And 28k Employees.
Nikolaj has 14 years of experience with data, online measurement and optimization(CRO) to drive customer experience and conversions. Passionate about people, technology, data and the powerful capabilities it comes with.

Simon Murray leads the Financial Services practice within Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group, partnering with senior marketing, digital and technology leaders to develop strategies for customer-experience transformation, digital innovation and business growth. Simon joined Adobe in 2019 having previously spent 20 years in Financial Services, the majority of which was spent at Morgan Stanley, and then more recently at AllianceBernstein. During this time he built and led global teams focussed on leveraging digital channels and analytical insightacross Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management. As a former practitioner, he has extensive experience of delivering customer-centric digital experiences in order to deepen customer relationships and drive new business opportunities.
