In June 2024, we released Adobe Experience Platform AI Assistant, embedding generative AI capabilities across Experience Platform-based applications. AI Assistant boosts productivity by streamlining complex tasks through a conversational interface, enabling faster execution and decision-making. It provides customers with key capabilities, including:
- Creating on-brand marketing materials, such as copy, design, and full message development for campaigns.
- Exploring business objects, including audiences, schemas, datasets, destinations, and journeys, to understand data lineage, detect usage patterns, and enforce data hygiene.
- Accessing Adobe product information quickly for targeted learning, discovery, and troubleshooting.
These capabilities empower businesses to streamline operations, enhance creativity, and make data-driven decisions more efficiently.
Coming soon to Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) is a new set of audience-focused capabilities within AI Assistant. These enhancements will open possibilities for our customers to radically simplify audience management and optimization by giving users comprehensive capabilities to better manage, understand, refine, and activate audience data.
AI Assistant provides crucial capabilities and opportunities for a diverse set of users across various teams, spanning from technical marketers and marketing operations specialists to business strategists and data engineers. By leveraging a fast and easy conversational interface, powered by predictive and generative AI, teams can:
- Develop insights into audience performance: Gain a better understanding of how audiences are performing to make more informed decisions before activating those audiences.
- Improve conversion rates: Drive better conversion rates from marketing campaigns by using the most effective and optimized audiences.

AI Assistant will soon be able to:

- Understand audience overlaps: Compare two or more audiences from a profile composition perspective to uncover potential redundancies and decrease fatigue.
- Leverage propensity models: Understand consumer audiences that are most likely to engage or convert.
