Adobe Experience Manager Assets Features
Asset discovery
Gather, organize, and provide access to content with AI-powered tagging and classification that enables efficient search and content discovery for teams and applications across your organization.
Flexible asset ingestion
Upload any type of asset — including 3D and other rich media — into the DAM (digital asset management) using bulk ingestion or a direct connection with storage applications and manage all assets from one central location.
- Multiple ingestion points. Teams can ingest assets directly into the DAM or through Experience Manager Content Hub. They can also use bulk ingestion or external ad-hoc asset repositories.
- Rich media. Ingest and manage a wide range of file types, including VR, AR, and 3D. Preview 3D assets with the interactive 3D viewer or deliver 360-degree VR experiences.

Smart Tagging and AI tools
Take advantage of intelligent features to optimize search accuracy, improve accessibility, and ensure brand consistency.
- Smart Tagging. Automatically apply intelligent, business-specific tags to images, videos, and text-based assets. With machine learning, it adapts to create highly descriptive, relevant tags, making it easier to find assets quickly.
- Brand-Aware Tagging. With contextual GenAI metadata tagging that is relevant to your products and brand, you can improve asset findability, maximize reuse, enrich metadata, and reduce manual tagging efforts for every asset in your DAM. Convert visual text from assets including product information, brand names, titles descriptions, UPC codes, SKUs, and more into searchable metadata tags. Automatically translate these tags to make them searchable across languages and regions.

Asset search
Use natural language search and advanced filters to easily find the most relevant assets. Experience Manager Assets provides various access points to the DAM such as Author for admins, Content Hub for users, and integrations with first- and third-party applications so all users can locate and access the assets they need.
- Contextual search. Search assets using text prompts that are automatically transformed into search filters.
- Cross-language search and discovery. Translate keywords in real time in any language.
- Search access via DAM author. Give admins out-of-the-box capabilities for search and auto-tagging within the DAM.
- Search access via Content Hub. Enable all teams and external partners to search, discover, and create variations of approved assets. Additionally, you can share temporary links with external or internal teams to easily access and download assets.
First- and third-party search
You can integrate Experience Manager Assets with first- and third-party applications to make any asset searchable across various applications.
- Search access to Creative Cloud libraries. Connect Experience Manager Assets Cloud Service to Creative Cloud Libraries for integrated workflows and search functionality within the creative libraries.
- Adobe Firefly search-informed asset generation. Turn unsuccessful search queries into new opportunities using Adobe Firefly to generate new on-brand assets that contextually match your search and similar assets in your DAM. Users can train their Adobe Firefly custom models or third-party large language models (LLM) using their own brand imagery stored in Experience Manager Assets.
- Federated search (in development). Discover and activate assets regardless of where they are stored - in separate instances of your DAM or in third-party repositories - ensuring the right teams have timely access wherever they’re working.
