Adobe Experience Manager Assets Features
Asset insights
Improve your future customer experiences with insights into how your assets are performing. Experience Manager Assets gives you a detailed dashboard that shows you which assets are being used, which variations are generating the most engagement, and where content is activated and delivered.
Operational insights
Experience Manager Assets enables users to view asset usage data like top downloads as well as which assets are shared and how frequently. This information can equip teams with the knowledge they need to operate more effectively and make better use (or reuse) of assets in the digital asset management system.
- Reporting. Generate reports for assets that are uploaded, expired, modified, or published as well as reports on shared links, files in different folders, or storage usage of the DAM.
- My Workspace insights. View the number of assets downloaded or uploaded into the DAM in the last month or year, as well as the most frequently searched keywords. You can also get a snapshot of delivery metrics, storage usage, top downloads, recently viewed content, assets shared by each user, and asset count by type or size.
- Content Hub insights. View statistics on number of assets, collections, and other defined filters like region and campaign.
