Adobe Experience Manager Assets Features

Asset insights

Improve your future customer experiences with insights into how your assets are performing. Experience Manager Assets gives you a detailed dashboard that shows you which assets are being used, which variations are generating the most engagement, and where content is activated and delivered.

Operational insights

Experience Manager Assets provides visibility into how teams use and share assets across the DAM.  This lets administrators identify adoption trends and surface opportunities for content reuse. This also equips teams to streamline workflows, improve ROI with content reuse, and focus on the content that drives impact.

  • Reporting. Generate reports for assets that are uploaded, expired, modified, or published, as well as reports on shared links, files in various folders, or storage usage of the DAM.
  • My Workspace insights. View the number of assets downloaded or uploaded into the DAM within a specified time, as well as the most frequently searched keywords. You can also get a snapshot of delivery metrics, storage usage, top downloads, recently viewed content, assets shared by each user, and asset count by type or size.
  • Content Hub insights. View statistics on number of assets, collections, and other defined filters like region and campaign.
