As digital touch points increase it has always been the holy grail that we can use any and all data to best communicate with customers. In the past there has been technical barriers to achieve this. However, in the new world of customer journey management these are no longer necessarily obstacles. Marketers can now automate across the full customer journey in ways never possible before.
