Asset optimization
Dynamic Media in Experience Manager Assets uses Agentic AI and additional AI tools to optimize and resize rich media content in real time — based on channel, device, and bandwidth. These automations ensure faster load times and high-quality experiences for every audience.
- Asset adaptation. Use personalization templates that dynamically react to contextual signals like stock availability, a customer’s profile, weather, location, competitive pricing or discounts, and more to create more unique experiences.
- Agentic content optimization. Personalize and adapt visuals, images, and videos for optimal performance across channels, improving engagement and conversion.
- DASH adaptive video support. Apply DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) video tools to automatically adjust a video’s size and quality to a viewer’s intent bandwidth.
- Adaptive video encoding profile. Create a custom video encoding profile by selecting encoding options that meet your unique needs.
- Smart Imaging. Use the Smart Imaging feature to automatically detect the available bandwidth and device type for each viewer. This can reduce the file size of an image by up to 70% upon delivery while maintaining the integrity of the image.

Delivery management
With intelligent governance capabilities and third-party integrations, brand-approved assets—including video and rich media—are automatically routed to the right teams, systems, and channels, ensuring governance and delivery consistency at scale.
- Delivery control. Access finished, brand-approved assets via search, while hiding expired or unfinished assets from view until production is complete.
- Metadata for delivery. Use robust metadata to tag, view, and search delivery channel metadata — including campaign information, distribution channel, usage and license rights, SEO keywords, accessibility details, and more.
- Delivery channel integrations. Easily find and deliver assets to third-party systems through integrations with your CMS (content management system), PIM (privileged identity management), email, social, or marketing campaign tools.
- Publish URL. Create URL strings to link assets within a mobile, desktop, or app destination. If the asset expires or is updated, changes will automatically be applied across embedded destinations.
