Government-ready and commercially safe.

For over 40 years, Adobe has pioneered innovations in creativity and productivity. In the public sector, Adobe’s ability to bridge creativity with enterprise-grade deployment, helps reduce duplicative design costs and improve usability across government properties.

From Adobe Express for rapid content creation to Adobe Experience Manager for scalable, secure web platforms, our solutions empower agencies to:

Modernising government services.

The White House’s recent unveiling of the America by Design Executive Order marks a significant step toward modernising how citizens experience and interact with government services, both digitally and physically. The order sets forth a clear mandate for usable and efficient public services, supported by the establishment of a National Design Studio and a Chief Design Officer to guide agencies in delivering standardised, high-impact design experiences. These efforts leverage the updated U.S. Web Design System and reinforce government-wide alignment with the 21st Century IDEA Act (Public Law 115-336).

Adobe remains committed to partnering with federal, state and local government agencies in their missions to transform and advance their digitisation efforts — so they can serve the American people more effectively.

Delivering first-class experiences.

The Executive Order tasks the National Design Studio with advising agencies on how to deliver first-class experiences. Adobe is uniquely positioned to support this mission:

Beyond government, Adobe technologies empower organisations of all sizes — from small and mid-sized enterprises to global brands like Coca-Cola, Delta and PGA — to drive business growth and digital transformation. Adobe recently partnered with the National Football League (NFL) to build the next generation of fan experiences, combining AI, creativity and marketing. From driving personalised content across digital touch points to on-site activations at events, Adobe technology is helping the NFL deliver richer, more relevant fan experiences at scale.

From vision to affect.

By 4 July 2026, agencies are expected to show tangible results from their America by Design implementations — and Adobe stands ready to help them to meet and exceed these goals.

Whether it’s reimagining a state benefits portal, streamlining digital forms or launching a new civic engagement campaign, Adobe brings the tools, expertise and vision to make government experiences not just secure, functional and efficient — but also delightful and engaging.
