They’re here — new enterprise capabilities for Adobe Express — the quick and easy AI-powered app for on-brand content creation. These features and integrations will give brand and technology leaders more tools to support compliance and efficiencies while helping marketing, social, sales, internal comms and other teams easily create and customise the content they need to successfully launch campaigns, close deals and drive business outcomes

These features and integrations will give brand and technology leaders more tools to support compliance and efficiencies while helping marketing, social, sales, internal comms and other teams easily create and customise the content they need to successfully launch campaigns, close deals and drive business outcomes.

A recent Adobe Express survey of enterprise marketing leaders found that nearly every company is producing more content and the large majority (77%) are struggling to meet the demand. This relentless growth, coupled with limited resources, is driving well-meaning employees to “rogue” apps to get their jobs done. These tools are often adopted outside of organisations’ software acquisition, content creation or governance processes. When this happens, brand and IT leaders have little or no oversight, which can introduce legal and reputational risks, including damaging brand reputation and integrity, putting revenue at risk, degrading the customer experience and potentially infringing on intellectual property rights. According to the survey, more than half (55%) of marketing leaders say their companies have already suffered negative outcomes because of rogue content.

Scale on-brand content creation.

Global organisations such as Accenture, AstraZeneca, dentsu, PGA TOUR, Prudential Financial, Rakuten Group, Red Hat, RICOH Japan, Virgin Australia and more, have turned to Adobe Express to help teams across their businesses easily create on-brand content with greater efficiency.

Adobe Express combines the best of Adobe’s industry-leading creative solutions and assets, commercially safe AI and enterprise expertise in an easy-to-use app with critical brand controls, so companies can minimise the chaos in content workflows. And by leveraging existing investments across Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud, brands can get even more value with Adobe Express.

The new capabilities will be available starting the week of 14 July and include:

Nationwide, one of the largest providers of insurance and financial services products in the U.S., is making the switch to Adobe Express to increase content production, reduce turnaround times and maintain brand consistency with greater efficiency. Creative teams at Nationwide are using Adobe Express to create locked, brand-approved templates that marketers can use to easily self-serve the content they need for their campaigns while staying on-brand. “With the new Customised Home page in Adobe Express, teams can easily access and edit approved templates and brand assets all within a single platform,” said Stephanie Queen, VP of creative development at Nationwide. “This provides employees with a great experience and marketing leaders with confidence that we’re empowering more people to create content that helps our business while protecting one of our most important assets — our iconic brand.”

Leverage existing investments to accelerate creation and production.

In addition to delivering strong value as a stand-alone content creation app, Adobe Express is integrated into Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Firefly creative production, Adobe Journey Optimizer and Marketo Engage, enabling marketers to create and edit content quickly and easily in the flow of work.

Adobe Express is also embedded deeply into Adobe Acrobat, making it simple for business professionals to quickly add and edit images to customise and polish important documents. And if you’re working with PDFs in Adobe Express, you can stylise or enhance a document directly in the app.

Expand content supply chain solutions for companies of all sizes.

In addition to these enterprise capabilities, Adobe Express also recently announced a new ad solution for smaller businesses. The solution supports creative workflows for some of the world's largest ad platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, with Amazon soon to follow. With new “social safe zones” in Adobe Express, designing stunning, creative content that matches ad platform guidelines can be stress-free. And new Metricool and Bitly add-ons for Adobe Express help you to track how your content is performing. Together, these announcements demonstrate how Adobe Express is extending Adobe’s ability to bring industry-leading content supply chain solutions to more people and businesses than ever before.
