Kevin Lam
Head of TMRW Digital Group, UOB
Mr Kevin Lam is the Head of TMRW Digital Group at UOB. He leads the strategy and oversees the roll-out of TMRW, UOB’s digital bank for ASEAN’s digital generation, in its key markets across the region. TMRW launched in its first market, Thailand, in March 2019, and subsequently in Indonesia in August 2020.
Kevin has been with UOB since 2005 and served various senior positions including Managing Director and Head of Personal Financial Services in UOB Malaysia from 2011 to 2013 and Deputy CEO of UOB Malaysia from 2013 to 2015. He was most recently the President Director of UOB Indonesia in 2015 until September 2020, when he took on his current role.
Kevin had worked for several large international foreign banks and technology companies in Singapore, USA, and Hong Kong for more than a decade before joining UOB Group. In his 25 years of experience in the banking industry, he has held a range of positions in the areas of strategic planning, business management, product development, sales and distribution, technology and banking infrastructure development and other areas of corporate services.

Nauman is a Digital banking professional with the passion to provide best-in-class experience to customers by using emerging technologies, forging partnerships to develop innovative products and new business models. In his most recent positions, Nauman managed regional programs and investments in ASEAN and South Asia. Nauman has led large transformational programs adopting emerging digitization, levering on technology, open architecture and capability-based models to future proof these investments.

David leads all things technology across bolttech. Previously, he has been a CIO, CX and innovation leader in two of the world’s largest banks Standard Chartered and DBS. He was also a pioneer in the development of the fintech sector in Greater China. David’s passions beyond innovation and technology, are minimalism, sustainability, renewable energy, helping start-ups, and a variety of sports including F1, basketball, swimming, cycling, running and Australian football.

Founder & CEO, CXA
Rosaline invested $5M of her savings and borrowed another $5M to build her startup CXA after 5 years trying to convince her firm to invest in Asia. CXA won Insurtech of the Year and Rosaline won Woman Leader of the Year from the Asia Insurance Industry Awards.
Rosaline supervised P&G factory lines in Iowa and then worked on Wall Street. She launched two dot-com start-ups before moving to insurance. Rosaline also grew Mercer and Marsh Benefit’s 14 APAC countries 800% over 8 years. She graduated from UCLA Cybernetics and Columbia Business School.

Natalie leads Banking, Insurance and broader Financial Services strategic development for the Document Cloud.
Prior to Adobe, Natalie was the Head of Strategy and Transformation at Bank Leumi USA and had been instrumental in driving forward the bank’s innovation and transformation agenda over four years.
Natalie has also worked with McKinsey & Co, where as an engagement manager in financial services and insurance practice, she completed innovative projects for global companies in the financial, insurance and public sector.
