Yesterday at Adobe Summit, we hosted the Adobe Experience Maker Awards gala, recognizing the companies, teams, and individuals who stood out from the pack, driving transformative digital projects that set a new standard of excellence in their organizations and in their industries.

Our 2025 winners hail from all corners of the globe, from Denmark, to India, to the United States, proving that transformative technologies like generative AI are inspiring customer-obsessed brands around the world to innovate like never before. The Advocate — AAA Northeast

This award recognizes the company demonstrating an innovative customer-first approach, creating personalized customer journeys using Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

To better support its 6 million members at the right time, with the right offer, AAA Northeast integrated its data, content, and campaign orchestration using Experience Cloud. Drawing on the power of unified customer profiles in Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP), AAA Northeast made its marketing campaigns more personalized and efficient, achieving a 30% rise in total travel revenue despite sending 25% fewer marketing emails. The company also boosted email conversion rates by 80% with Adobe Journey Optimizer while cutting email deployment times from 10 days to just 48 hours.

The Ambassador — Lokesh Alluri, Lenovo

This award recognizes the individual who shared their Adobe Experience Cloud product expertise and best practices to help their peers and colleagues succeed.

As the leader of Lenovo’s Carolinas Adobe User Group, Alluri is the driving force behind Lenovo’s use of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager. Real-time data insights have helped Lenovo’s teams better predict customers’ propensity to convert, helping to drive a 25% uplift in conversions. Alluri also partners with Lenovo’s Adobe Firefly team to unlock the power of generative AI and has already helped the business reduce its content creation timelines from two weeks to less than a day.

The Catalyst — General Motors

This award recognizes the company using Adobe Real-Time CDP to build bridges across systems and teams to deliver personalized and engaging customer experiences.

Anchored by Real-Time CDP, General Motors (GM) uses real-time signals to deliver personalized experiences to customers across its complex ecosystem of online platforms, dealerships, fleet sales, and partnerships. To date, GM has created over 131 million unified profiles for its owners and prospects and activated more than 430 audiences across 18 destinations. Meanwhile, the company has seen an impressive 1,378% boost in build and price completions among its digital customers by powering their experiences with Adobe Journey Optimizer.

The Conductor — Kroger

This award recognizes the company optimizing its content creation and delivery workflows to accelerate time to market with Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

With annual sales of $150 billion, grocery chain Kroger is one of the largest retailers in America. The company is now on a multi-phase personalization journey. Kroger is automating and improving the efficiency of its processes with Adobe Workfront while implementing Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Sites to scale creative production across its email, SMS, and push notifications. By integrating the three applications, Kroger enabled the personalization of nearly 50 million emails each month while cutting its email production times in half.

The Disruptor — Sling TV

This award recognizes the company fueling business growth by delivering personalized and immersive shoppable experiences using Adobe Commerce.

Using Real-Time CDP, Experience Manager, Analytics, Adobe Target, and Commerce, Sling TV unified its data to gain deeper insights into its customers and improve their experience with personalized content that drives engagement and additional spend. Since beginning its transformation, Sling TV has boosted on-site conversions by 22% and cart conversions by 30%. An early adopter of the generative AI capabilities powered by Firefly, including Generative Fill in Creative Cloud and AI Assistant in Adobe Experience Platform, Sling TV has also accelerated its content production times by 75%.

The Maverick — AbbVie

This award, decided by audience choice, recognizes the company pioneering innovative customer experiences through groundbreaking use of Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

Pharmaceuticals leader AbbVie overhauled its digital experience strategy with a full suite of Experience Cloud applications. Within a year of implementation, the company had cut execution times for its medium-to-large website projects by 40%. AbbVie also created a revolutionary tool called ATSoMATIC to automate its meta-tagging. Powered by out-of-the-box content APIs in Experience Cloud, the tool has helped AbbVie to manage an elevenfold rise in demand for its web and other digital experiences while enriching the quality and relevance of its communications.

The Transformer — Telmore (nominated by Accrease)

This award recognizes the company transforming its organization to create a digital-first customer experience delivering measurable business growth with Adobe Experience Cloud.

Telmore replaced its siloed technology stack with an all-in-one Adobe marketing stack, allowing it to develop 1.5 million unique profiles and deliver targeted offers and personalized content to over 700,000 customers in Denmark. Following its transformation, Telmore saw a 21% rise in year-over-year sales, a 25% rise in cross-sales, and a 20% rise in email open rates. The company also leveraged Adobe’s AI and machine learning capabilities to streamline its content supply chain, reducing delivery times for asset creation by 25%.

The Experience Maker Executive of the Year — Shekhar Gowda, The Coca-Cola Company

This award recognizes a leader using bold vision and digital transformation to drive their business forward with Adobe Experience Cloud.

As Vice President of Global Marketing Technologies, Shekhar Gowda is the driving force behind Coca-Cola’s ambitious digital transformation with Adobe, which aims to drive new levels of omnichannel personalization across more than 200 brands in over 200 markets. Under Gowda and powered by a full suite of Adobe Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud applications, the business has optimized activations across more than 200 million customer profiles and significantly increased the number of global consumers who drink at least one Coca-Cola product per week. The Coca-Cola Company also cut thousands of hours from its content workflows by consolidating websites and automating processes with Workfront.

The Experience Maker of the Year — Air India, Digital and Technology Team

This award recognizes the individual or team delivering exceptional customer experiences and business impact with Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

Air India is on a mission to become the world’s most technologically advanced airline within the next five years. Led by Chief Digital and Technology Officer Dr. Satya Ramaswamy, the Digital and Technology team chose to integrate a comprehensive suite of Experience Cloud applications with its existing technology platforms to streamline booking, check-in, departure, and in-flight experiences for every customer. That includes Real-Time CDP, which allows Air India to deliver in-the-moment notifications and promotions across channels. Within six months after going live, Air India saw a 55% boost in flight bookings and “Manage My Booking” orders, as well as a 31% rise in revenue.
