The Race to Digital Adoption in Financial Services
Summary
The events of 2020 have laid bare the importance of business resilience with digital capabilities becoming a necessity for financial services to survive.
With increased competition from FinTech companies, a further delay in the digital journey puts organizations at risk of losing customers, revenue and business opportunities in the long run. Even so, many in financial services, particularly throughout Asia, still have a long way to go. A recent study by Adobe and Forrester revealed that more than one third of banks surveyed were only in the early stages of digital transformation.
