AI creation to activation with Claude Design and Adobe

From Claude Design to production: How Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Optimizer close the handoff gap.

Marketers working in Claude Design are able to ideate and produce rich, customizable content. This week, Anthropic announced the ability to export HTML files directly from Claude Design to Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Optimizer, further reducing the production time for visual content. Deploying that design into a content management system or a campaign platform used to include multiple download, conversion and upload steps, but we’ve closed that gap for Adobe customers.

Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Optimizer are now available as workflow destinations in Claude Design’s new “Send to” export feature. Customers can push a design from Claude directly into either system with a single click — no download, reconstruction or context-switching required. Adobe Express is also included in the launch, giving creative teams a full end-to-end path from Claude ideation into Adobe’s creative and marketing product suite.

Bring a Claude-designed page into Adobe Experience Manager for governed enterprise delivery and optimization.

When an asset moves from Claude Design into Adobe Experience Manager, it doesn’t just enter a standalone content management system. It enters the enterprise governance layer that includes brand controls, content compliance, GEO, SEO and performance signals, data residency, and the approval workflows to keep digital properties accurate at scale. The design becomes a managed, brand-ready experience, truly streamlining the creation to publication workflow.

Enterprise teams cannot sacrifice brand effectiveness and value for speed. The connection between Claude Design and Adobe Experience Manager is grounded in brand context, connected to optimization signals and part of a governed content supply chain, delivering the right combination for today’s enterprise marketers.

Send a Claude message template directly into an Adobe Journey Optimizer campaign.

For email, the workflow is just as direct and efficient. Claude Design produces an HTML file that Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) can use immediately as a template.

That means a marketer or designer can develop an email concept in Claude, iterate on layout, test copy, get the visual right and push it to Adobe Journey Optimizer as a ready-to-use template. The email arrives structured for personalization, segmentation and activation.

This is a new entry point for email creation inside Adobe Journey Optimizer, with mobile and conversational updates on the roadmap. For teams whose creative process happens in Claude, the export to Adobe Journey Optimizer removes the barrier between where a design is built and how it is activated.
