The company’s persistent growth and success, however, came with its challenges and led to rapid implementation of internal technology tools and processes over the years. “We had multiple systems being deployed in different ways with different processes. Nothing was connected. We were working hard but actually completing the work was difficult and it meant we weren’t satisfying our customers the way we wanted to,” says Tasker.
