Mike is the Customer Success Director for APAC (Adobe Commercial) & is responsible for ensuring that all Marketo customers maximise the value of Marketing Automation for their organisation.
While Mike’s technical background enables him to support his team’s communication of the Marketo capability, it’s a keen awareness of the importance of People & Process that makes a massive difference in the realisation of value.
Applying technology to deliver engaging digital experiences aligned to measurable business goals - this has been Mike’s singular focus for the last 20 years, in Industries including Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, High Tech, Retail, Healthcare and Government.
In B2B and B2C organisations, Mike understands how People, Process, & Technology have equal parts to play in delivering to the organisations revenue goals. While the key capabilities of the marketing technology varies depending on the orientation of the business, building teams with the right skills and culture is common, as is building internal relationships and consensus within organisations. It is this People aspect where Mike believes the critical difference between the most successful organisations and those that underperform lies.
Mike’s passion and his team at Marketo’s passion is maximising impact by leveraging the technology to greatest effect, with the least effort. Ultimately the goal is to capitalise on the moments that matter - the moments of truth - in customer interactions so that every communication has the greatest possible relevance and impact.
Mike has been in his current role at Adobe (Marketo) for the past 4 years and prior to that Mike worked at IBM, in Australia, the UK and the USA.
