Do I need to do anything as a current AI Assistant customer to get new functionality?

No. Coworker is being rolled out across Adobe CX Enterprise applications on a rolling basis. Existing customers can reach out to their account or customer success team with questions or for additional information on when their organization will be enabled for Coworker.

Is this the same product, just renamed?

Coworker builds on the connected chat interface of AI Assistant but goes much further. Instead of answering one question at a time, it can take multiple actions once you define a goal and parameters. This could include building a journey, keeping an audience current, or routing assets for approval. It also has persistent memory, so it remembers your preferences and context from prior sessions to personalize your experience over time.

Coworker inherits roles, permissions, data policies, and approval workflows from your existing Adobe CX Enterprise applications and checks every action against them before it runs.
