Asset governance

Protect brand integrity, enforce license requirements, and avoid potential legal issues from using unlicensed, unapproved, or expired assets.

Digital rights management. Use watermarking, content credentials, and legal compliance workflows to prevent violations and legal consequences that could result from using incorrect content.
Asset expiration. Set up automatic removal of expired assets from the DAM, so they’re no longer discoverable or usable.
Asset status. View, search, and monitor the status of assets and approve or reject their status. DAM admins can also limit access to content until a specified date for release and availability for automated publishing or unpublishing.
