Siva has been in the digital experience space for 20 years, all of that across the Asia Pacific Region. Having worked on multiple platforms in that time, he has worked on technology managing advertising, marketing, content, data and more recently the broader front office across sales, service and loyalty.

His experience with Financial Services also extends 20 years working with starting with retail banks in Australia, Singapore and South East Asia, and the broadening over the last 10 years to insurance, fund management, and wholesale banking. Siva joined Adobe to run APAC product and industry strategy just as the Digital Experience business was taking off in 2011 and held several roles over 8 years, including starting the Digital Strategy Group. We are delighted to have him back on an Adobe (virtual) stage to share his experience and expertise.

Simon Dale

Managing Director, Southeast Asia (SEA) & Korea


A respected leader in the industry, Simon has over three decades of professional experience in the technology sector, including twenty years in Asia Pacific. His career has spanned software development, sales management, and executive leadership at both start-ups and large corporations. Prior to Adobe, Simon held senior roles at MapR and SAP where he established and scaled new businesses across the region, and gained deep and practical understanding of the software and cloud services business.

Since February 2022, Simon has extended his leadership to the Korean market to drive Adobe’s Korea and SEA businesses across Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.

Simon currently chairs the ASEAN committee on the board of the US-ASEAN Business Council, and sits on the advisory board of the Nanyang Polytechnic School of IT. He is an active mentor and angel investor in multiple start-ups, and also a mentor and coach to early talent through Mentorshub.
