[MUSIC] [Trevor Paulsen] A hearty welcome brave analytics adventurers to the mystical realm of dashboards and dragons. Here amidst the hollowed halls of Adobe Summit you will embark on an epic quest through the enchanted lands of customer journey analytics. If you are already a customer of CJA, prepare to see amazing tips and tricks that will not only dazzle the eye but enlighten your mind. If your company has not yet acquired CJA but is thinking about it, welcome. I hope this session will serve as a great introduction into what awaits you if you should decide to take the leap But be warned, however, as we traverse these lands, you must be prepared to face formidable foes. Not just dragons and monsters but the more deceptive and complex challenges of data and decision-making. But fear not because you are armed with your 20-sided dice and with the mightiest weapon of all, knowledge and insight. So, without further delay, let us press on. I'm Trevor Paulsen and I will serve as your dungeon master in this enterprise which you could think of as basically an advertisement for Adobe Firefly which you probably saw today.

By the light of day, I'm a Director of Product Management for Adobe where I lead the team that works on customer journey analytics. However, by night, I am a giant nerd if you haven't figured that out already yourself, and I'm always in the mood for a board game or two.

But before we set out, for those of you who may not know what CJA is, give me two minutes to explain. CJA is an advanced analytics application that sits on top of the Adobe experience platform. It allows you to adjust all sorts of data, not only digital data but offline data as well, and other first-party sources of data that you may have and combine them together to give you a full and complete view of all of your customer data and deliver that in a myriad of formats and services such as Analysis Workspace, which you may already know and love, our mobile app, Adobe Product Analytics or even our new BI Extension which you may have heard about already and well probably hear more about. CJA can serve as the backbone for all of your customer-level analysis needs and can do pretty much everything Adobe Analytics used to do and beyond. So, to briefly answer the most common questions that I get asked, no, Adobe Analytics is not going away. So, you don't need to worry that we're going to take it away. And yes, if you do purchase CJA, we recommend that you move on to it, a hundred percent. Nobody wants to operate both of those two things in the long term at the same time. So, that's the path that we recommend, and if you want more information, please come see me after the session. I'll make sure that you get any question that you have answered.

Now, let us begin with the tale of the once peaceful land of Datalitica. In this magical land where pie charts grow on trees and the rivers run with crystal clear metrics, the sun shone bright upon the kingdom of insightful realms. Every villager from the humblest AB tester to the mightiest of market researchers lived in perfect harmony. Data was clean. Segmentation was sharp and conversion rates were high. Rainbows arched over the land, a sign of balanced KPIs and well-maintained dashboards.

But lo, darkness crept over the land as the dreaded overlord of obfuscation, Lord Data Silo, emerged from the caverns of confusion, riding upon dragons of dirty data, and wielding the scepter of JavaScript error, he cast a shadow of chaos over this once-peaceful land.

This fiend, once a high-ranking executive of the realm, fell from grace due to his hubris and lack of data decision-making. He began hoarding information, letting vanity metrics deceive him and spurned the wisdom of analytics. Lord Data Silo with his army of duplicative dragons and yesmen seized control ensuring that all business strategies would conform on his own twisted heuristics leading to the age of data darkness. The once vibrant lands began to dim as page errors soared and user engagement plummeted. Conversion paths turned into labyrinths of confusion and the bounce rate spiked like the back of the fiercest dragon.

But fear not. Deep in the shadowed corners of Datalitica, amidst the turmoil sown by Lord Data Silo, a glimmer of hope flickers within the hallowed cave of insight. Within this tattered tomb, legend speaks of three enchanted relics with the power to dispel the evil that has swept over our land.

The lens of Lucidity, the Quill of Querying, and the Glove of Insight. And while these articles were thought to have been long lost to time, the prophecy is clear that three brave warriors, a paladin, a ranger, and a bard will unite. Find these lost relics and together defeat Lord Data Silo once and for all. And I believe those three brave warriors are among us today somewhere.

In this very session.

Brave attendees, the moment has come to find our paladin. The steadfast guardian of integrity and advocate of transparent truth. We seek a courageous soul to dawn the mantle and champion the cause of CJA. Who among you will step forward and embrace the noble path of the paladin? Looking for a volunteer. There's also a $50 gift card in it for you.

Who will volunteer? Yes, you. In the middle. Come on up here. Yeah. Yeah. -[Audience member 1] Pink shirt. -Yeah. You raised your hand. Come on up here. You must wear this hat.

And you will take this magical pouch which is filled with amazing CJA tips that you will have to figure out how to use.

Now, we will step into the boots of the Ranger. The Ranger, a master tracker of user journeys, wields the bow of segmentation with unerring accuracy. Who among you will cloak yourselves in the green of the ranger and be fearless in the face of uncertainty? Yeah, in the back, the white shirt. Yup. Come on up. You are first.

Finally, who will be our bard? Step forward. Charmer of data and crafter of data poetry. Who among us has the savvy to sway us with compelling tales and share the wisdom of data far and wide. Let's get you. In the green, right there. The lady right there.

Here's your hat and your magical tips.

Okay, this is a microphone. I'm going to ask you to use it. -[Audience member 2] That's a microphone? -Tell us your name. -[Joaquin] Joaquin. -Joaquin.

-[Rob] Rob. -Rob. -[Bridget] Bridget. -Bridget. I'm so happy you're here. Let's give a round of applause for our champions three.

This is on and off. Pass it when you need it.

Now, gather around gallant data seekers and let us lay down the laws of the land. Each of our three heroes have been entrusted with a unique pouch of amazing CJA tips. Tips they'll have to wisely use if they are to survive the perilous journey ahead. As we venture forth, there will be occasions where you, the audience, will determine the success of our heroes' choices by rolling one of your 20-sided dice into your dice tray. When I prompt you. I will give you a number.

If you can match or exceed that number, I want you to put 'yes' in the polling software. Otherwise, if fate is unkind, I suggest you put 'no'. Got it? -[Audience Member 3] Yeah! -Ready to venture forth? Oh, come on. Are we ready? Okay. Well, then let us begin. Everyone got the link. I'll give you just two more seconds.

Don't worry. The QR code will pop up again.

Alright, as we stand at the threshold of our grand quest, let us turn to the page Act One, the data depths. In this chapter, our brave heroes embark on a journey to obtain the Lens of Lucidity by descending into the cavernous heart of Datalitica. Heroes, navigate with care. Keep the CJA tips I gave you close. See that you don't lose them in the darkness. Into the data depths, we go.

Now, you can see down here too. Okay. Before you lies the gaping mouth of the cavern. A chilling draft whispers out from the darkness. A skeletal reminder lies at the entrance. A stark warning of the perils that await within. As you gaze into the abyss, you see the path diverges. Much like the branching decisions of a complex customer journey. To your left, a dark and narrow passage. To your right, the glow of a distant fire dances against the walls. Paladin, the choice is yours. What will you choose? And make sure to turn on the microphone.

I will choose forecasting.

You'll choose what? -Forecasting. -Forecasting. Okay. That's interesting. All I need you to do is pick a path.

-Then I will go to the left. -Left. A valid choice.

As you walk carefully through the dark, you stumble on a rock. In front of you, you can barely make out a sign that says '404 Path Not Found'.

In the dim light, you realize you need to clear the cache of obstacles before you with a CJA tip. Would you like to use forecasting? No. What tiff do you choose? -Currency conversion? -Currency conversion. Perfect. Just the thing we need to convert this path into openness. Yes!

For teams that are spread across the globe or for companies with a multinational presence, the alchemy of currency conversion is key. In CJA, we now allow you to perform this magic on the fly using current and historical conversion rates automatically for you. To invoke this sorcery, open a metric settings and select Convert Currency under the Format settings. The setting requires you to select a currency dimension so that we know what currency the data was collected in and so that we can convert it into another format. In this example, witness how I can conjure multiple currencies simultaneously in the same table by duplicating the metric. Here it's showing US dollars side by side with Euros. But I know your next question. What if we do not have a currency code dimension? Well, for those adventurers without a currency code dimension, fear not! Either you may not have collected it or you might be using the analytics data connector which does not necessarily have a native currency code. So this can very easily be solved with a derived field as I'm showing you here. If you have multiple report suites with different currency settings, simply use an if-else statement in Derived Fields to set a different currency code for each data set or report that you're using. Derived Fields, if you're not familiar with it, allow you to have amazing capabilities in CJA. It's like having on-the-fly processing rules that work retroactively and non-destructively, and you're going to see a number of those Derived Fields in this session today.

Okay.

Back to our adventure.

Okay. With the currency conversion illuminating your path before you and the error now cleared, your footsteps leave the passage behind and the air shifts, charged with a palpable current of energy, the cavern expands into a grand hall where you come face to face with a great data worm. Perched upon a monolithic mound of data servers, the creature's tail coils tightly around what appears to be the Lens of Lucidity. The sacred artifact that we are looking for. Bard, the turn is yours. What will you do? I don't get multiple choice like he got? -This one is open-ended. Yes. -Yeah.

Yeah. You can use a tip if you choose or try something else. This is Dashboards and Dragons.

Let's see. If it's curled around the tail, I would try to distract him. -Distraction? -Yeah. A clever ploy.

Alright, attendees, let us roll to see if this distraction succeeds.

I love that sound. That's awesome.

Very good. It seems to be settling. Very good. Very good. Let's give a round of applause for the bard.

Okay. The data worm, intrigued by your display, but not entirely phased, momentarily pauses to observe what you're doing.

This is your moment to impress him with a good CJA tip. What tip do you choose? I choose the Intelligent Captions. Intelligent Captions.

Intelligent captions are a new feature in CJA that serve as a sage guide through the peaks and valleys of trended reports. With the wizardry of generative AI, CJA discerns and annotates vital points in a trended report. Just click on the icon. These captions can aid those who are less data-savvy and can be woven seamlessly into a PDF export. Ready to be dispatched to all the stakeholders in your realm. Be sure to enable anomaly detection as well as the AI's wisdom will include those in the captions as well.

Great tip choice.

Your tip was amazing and the data worm is very impressed. As you reveal your CJA tip, the data worm shifts aside with a graceful gesture, loosening its coils in the wake of your amazing tip. The once-menacing guardian becomes an observer, its gaze fixed upon you with a glint of respect. You step forward towards the pedestal behind the worm's tail, there, bathed in the cascade of ethereal light rests the Lens of Lucidity. The artifact of insight. The lens, however, does not yield its secret freely to you. It demands proof of analytical prowess.

Bard. No. Ranger. Your turn. Which tip will you employ to impress this lens and gain its power? Well, considering that we're trying to migrate it out of this cavern, I think project migration makes the most sense. A wise choice.

Project migration. Here we are.

Transitioning from Adobe Analytics to CJA is akin to a phoenix's rebirth. It's majestic but requires some magic especially if you need to move all of your projects in calculated metrics and segments from Analytics to CJA. Luckily, using the project migrator, you can streamline and automate this process. Simply go to the Admin menu of Adobe Analytics and select Component Migration. You can quickly and easily migrate your projects from Adobe Analytics to CJA. Simply map the CJA data view to the one you want to use. Then, you make sure the dimensions and metrics of the project have an equivalent in CJA.

If they're not automatically found, you can manually map them and save those for future projects that you migrate. The project migrator works whether you're using the Adobe Analytics data connector or the Web SDK and because settings in CJA apply retroactively, you can always go and fix things later if you need to.

So, that's a great tip. Project migration.

Okay, let me see if I can find the slide back where I was. Perfect.

Okay, the lens, sensing your clear expertise yields itself to you and you place it around your neck. Here's the Lens of Lucidity. Let's give our adventurers a round of applause.

Alright. That's awesome.

As the echoes of your victory within the data depths fade, our tale now turns to Act Two, The Guild of Tangled Truths. Here in the shadowed alleys of Datalitica, an insidious enchanter's servant of Lord Data Silo, the subverter, has been spreading beguiling lies throughout the city. The mighty analytics guild, once a bastion of analytical purity, now whispers of treachery. The sacred artifact, they were entrusted to protect, the Quill of Querying, has been compromised. Your mission is clear. Navigate the guild's maze of misdirection. Use your astute CJA tips to dispel the subverter and reclaim the quill to restore order.

So, hovering above the tapestry of Datalitica, the fortress casts a long shadow over the city's secrets. The subverter's hideout is somewhere within these stone-clad walls. The city is a puzzle of pathways. It is whispered that the subverter cloaked in the guise of a mere data analyst walks among the guilds hiding in plain sight. As you tread the cobblestone streets under the cloak of twilight, you ponder your next move. Will you seek out the whispers in the marketplace where rumors fly faster than data packets or will you delve into the archives where historical data may hold the key to his lair. Ranger. The choice is yours.

And make sure your microphone is on. Oh, wait. Yeah. Okay, cool.

-Perhaps the archives. -The archives. Okay.

As you confidently walk into the archives, you search but every document seems to be a cipher, a maze of misinformation. The subverter's touch is evident. He's clearly altered these documents to discourage you from finding him but you are not so easily thwarted. Perhaps there's a tip within your grasp that can turn this confusion to clarity.

Perhaps these documents are out of order, not chronological.

Perhaps some date conditions will help us to-- Date renditions. Derived Fields to translate the situation.

An amazing Derived Fields tip. This. You can leverage dates in your if-else rules for temporal precision. This allows you to use specific logic prior to some reporting date but different logic after that date, as if you were a chronomancer. This is amazing if you're transitioning from one field to another like if you're moving from an eWart to an XDM field when migrating to the Web SDK. You can also add lookup data into your rules allowing you to apply one lookup file before a certain date and a different lookup file after that date. In fact, you can even find a template for this use case in More, in the new Derived Fields templates which we may see earlier should our heroes choose.

Okay. With your tip, you're able to figure things out and you get a sense for where the subverter might be. You find a lead. Let's follow the lead.

While you make your way into a clandestine chamber and there, amidst the council of Datalitica sages stands the subverter in plain sight. Clad in kingly robes, he is a ruler of misinformation. Yet, armed with truth, you are ready to dethrone this false sovereign and cleanse the guild of his deceit. The subverter taunts you with a smirk. "You claim wisdom so answer me this." Two campaign. One soaring high with conversions, the other a plummeting failure, yet my metrics proclaim both triumphant. Where lies the error in the tale of these two reports? Paladin. The turn is yours. What will you do? Forecasting. Finally.

You want to use a tip.

Oh, no, I don't. Again, I wanted to do that. You can. But first, do you choose whether you're-- I want forecasting. No. Confront him or something else? -Sure, let's confront him. -Confront him? Well, let's roll to see if your confrontation will work. I think we have an idea of what tip you might have in mind.

We've been waiting on that one for a minute.

Oh, hold on. Hold on. I've got to clear the responses.

Okay. Enter again.

Oh, this looks like a resounding success.

Okay, we're going to call that a winner.

102 percent. 101.

Okay.

Your analytic expertise will shine but perhaps we should use that CJA tip of forecasting, just to be sure. What do you say? -Agreed. -Okay.

CJA forecasting gives your trended reports the power of foresight. Just extend your date range into the future and voila, CJA statistical wizardry unveils potential trends considering seasonality and holidays. It's not just for simple metrics either, segmented or calculated metrics can also reveal their future tales. It is analytics with an oracle's edge. So long as you have sufficient historical data in CJA for us to train against.

A very impressive tip.

Okay. The sages lean in as you provide your tip and as you articulate this essence of transparency and precision of data, the council of sages find themselves captivated. The tip so astute and timely. The chamber grows still. The subverter faced with such insights is speechless and has no choice but to flee from the room. The quill of querying, a symbol of insight and foresight, emerges from the pocket of the foremost sage. His voice echoing off the ancient stone. This quill is not for the faint of heart or the weak of mind. It demands proof of analytical prowess. You step forward, bard, the weight of anticipation heavy in the air. To claim the quill, you must prove your worth with another amazing CJA tip.

I choose the Derived Templates to show them the master of storytelling. Perfect.

Derived Fields has been one of the most popular features ever released in both Adobe Analytics and CJA. They're like processing rules from Adobe Analytics that you can apply retroactively to all of your data. But with so many options and so much power at your fingertips, it can be hard to know how to best use them. With Derived Field templates, CJA provides you with some amazing ready-made spells to build metrics and dimensions you may not have considered before. There are templates for marketing channels rules, creating a Bounces metric, ways to make URLs more useful, ways of inputting your monthly goals, templates for when times when you're transitioning from one field to another like we showed earlier. These arcane blueprints offer a shortcut to wielding the formidable might of CJA. So, be sure to check them out because they're freaking awesome.

Okay. Your tip is amazing and the quill yields itself to you bard. Let's give our bard a round of applause.

Okay. With the Lens of Lucidity and Quill of Querying in tow, we now turn to the third chapter, the Maze of Mystery. Whispers of this dark labyrinth have existed in the hallowed halls of Datalitica for many centuries. The legend, the Golden Glove, known as the Glove of Insight is said to lie within its core. Yet it remains untouched. For the maze has claimed many a brave soul. It's winding corridors and deceptive terms reflect the complexities of data paths untrodden. But where others have faltered, you carry the light and hope, and the arsenal of CJA tips. Your guidepost and shield against the darkness. Let us venture forth.

In the flickering torch light, the Maze of Mystery stands before you, the walls steeped in echoes of those who dared to seek the gauntlet of insights and never returned. This labyrinth doesn't just challenge your decision, it challenges your direction and decision-making at every twist and turn. A choice is laid before you. Take what appears to be the path that others have tried before or blaze a new trail relying on your instinct and the CJA tips still clutched in your grasp. Bard, it is your turn again. What path do you choose? The stories will be better on the unknown path so I choose to take us that way. Excellent choice. Your trailblazing strategy leads you to a chamber filled with vines. It appears that you can cut through some of them perhaps with a CJA tip to clear the way.

It's very hard to choose between one tip. I'm going to choose the BI extension.

Coming in May is an amazing new feature, the CJA BI extension. The BI extension is a mystical bridge that allows your favorite BI tool, be it Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, or those versed in the ancient tongue of SQL, to converse fluently with CJA through a standard PostgreSQL interface. By using the BI extension, you can unshackle yourself from having to recreate CJA reports from raw data which never seem to match. The BI extension supports calculated metrics to write fields and segments as well. But perhaps best of all, the numbers match precisely, what you'll see in an analysis workspace since it's pulling from the same source. If you're interested, I recommend attending Lab L-118 at 11 AM on Thursday, if there's any spots left, where they'll show you how to use this with Power BI. Although act fast, as this has been a very popular session.

Okay. The BI extension is illuminating. The vines, not able to withhold the light, retreat back and you're able to get through.

Emerging from the twists and turns of the labyrinth, you've stopped in your tracks. Before you stands the monstrous guardian of the glove of insight, a formidable gatekeeper figure which appears to be wearing the very golden glove we need, and an axe, and he's standing between you and the end of the maze. The monstrous stench fills your nose. He looks like he's in no mood for chatter. Ranger, what will you do? I will make him be in the mood for chatter.

Using-- Well, let's let's see if this approach will work. Yes, I will I'll try to barter with him that's what I'm trying to say.

Okay.

You have to beat a twelve. That's not bad. The odds are not with you Ranger but the fates will decide.

No cheating.

That is... Oh boy!

Oh, come on.

I think some folks are cheating out there.

That's okay though. I appreciate that you guys love our champions and want them to succeed.

-That's awesome. -Amen. Okay. Well, your display of conversational ability...

Oh my god, still changing. Wait. ...causes the guardian to sit down.

This is your moment to put him out of the way forever with a good CJA tip. Now that I have his attention, I will use my skill with the marketing channels to market my way to get the glove.

Brilliant.

Creating marketing channels is a little different than what you used to do in Adobe Analytics. In CJA, this is done using Derived Fields which is awesome because you can apply your marketing channels' rules retroactively and non-destructively. That means you don't need to worry about getting all the rules right on the first try. You can also go back and fix it later and let me give you a few arcane strategies drawn from the wisdom of others when you set this up.

First, if you want a direct channel, just rename the no-value bucket to that, when you create your dimension. This will act as a non-overriding channel that you used to use in Adobe Analytics. Feel free to change any of the rules that are included in the template. Everything is 100% editable.

The metric attribution also works retroactively so there are no worries if you need to change something later. The attribution will also update when you run your reports.

And last tip for advanced users, you can concatenate your channel and sub-channel values into a single Derived Field rule, then use a dimension substring to split them apart later. This is great if you only want to have one rule and don't want to have to duplicate the rules for a channel and subchannel. So, love that tip for Marketing Channels. Your tip is so impressive and so conversant that he lets you by but not first without handing you the Glove of Insight.

In the simmering glow of the cavern, your CJA tip impresses the monster. And with him now no longer in your way, you're ready to take the Golden Glove of Insight from the gatekeeper's hand. The glove glistening with the promise of future foresight does not yield to just any seeker. It has a mind of its own. It demands proof of wisdom and courage to act upon the insights gleaned from data. "Approach brave souls.", echoes a voice as old as the data it speaks for. To wield the scant that you must demonstrate the acuity to unravel the most tangled of data strands to turn mere numbers into narratives. Paladin, what tip do you have remaining? Fear not. Share with anyone. I mean forecasting.

Share with anyone.

One of the most magical new spells in both CJA and the Adobe Analytics grimoire is the ability to share the wisdom of a work space project with anyone far and wide. By hitting the share button, you'll see a new option to share with anyone with or without authentication. You can also deactivate or refresh the sharing links if you need to. When a project is shared, it appears as a sort of interactive scroll that allows users to interact with the drop-downs and tables you've set up. Yet unalterable as the stone walls of Datalitica, perfect for sharing the light and knowledge with every ally in your fellowship who desires the clarity of data.

Okay. That tip is enough and you receive the Golden Glove of Insight. Let's give him a round of applause.

With all three magical artifacts in tow, it's time for us to turn to the final confrontation beneath the stormy skies of Datalitica. Lord Data Silos fortress looms ominously before you as the ancient gates of Datalitica groan open, a shiver runs through the city as if the very cobblestones anticipate the clash of fate.

Lord Data Silo, sensing the approach of the heroes, armed with their potent artifacts, emerges to confront you. With a voice that thunders over tumultuous skies, he declares, "You dare challenge my reign", a sneer curling his wicked lips. "Your quest is a fool's errand. You presume to threaten my dominion with trinkets and so-called wisdom. I am the keeper of silos, the protector of false knowledge. Your efforts to unify data and insights will crumble to dust just as all those who've opposed me before. Prepare to be erased from the annals of analysis." Lord Data Silo now begins to levitate above the cobblestone. An aura of dark data swirling around him. With a voice like thunder, he booms, "Foolish analysts, you think your tiny trinkets can best me?" Each of you now stands ready but you have no CJA tips left. As smoke begins to envelop you and vile data dragons descend upon you, a sense of doom begins to creep into your heart. All you can do is hold your magical artifact up high and hope for the best.

And magically one more tip will appear.

Okay. Each of you must volley now against Lord Data Silo with your last tip. Let's start with the paladin.

-Bot filtering. -Bot filtering.

In your quest through the vast lands of data, you may have encountered these pesky digital goblins known as bots. Many a data analyst has created very complex segments to shield their data from these fiends but complex segments like this can cast a slow spell on your data. Further, these types of complicated segments typically lack the precision needed for true bot protection. Fear not. For in CJA, there is a scroll of wisdom for banishing bots. By calling forth a full table export or consulting the query service, you can pinpoint the exact IDs that are sullying your data's sanctity. By transforming these IDs into a CJA profile data set and uploading it back to your CJA connection, you can create a far more accurate and faster segment and should you have a data science team skilled in advanced bot-banishing arts, their models can be infused into the data set, creating a defense that's as robust as it is swift, ensuring your data remains pure and your reports as fast as ever. Okay, Ranger. Your turn to volley.

I look up at the evildoer and I point over to the nearby tower and say, "Look up. Look up there!" and I loose an arrow at him that holds the tip Lookups on Lookups.

The one arrow remaining. Beautiful. In CJA...

Oh, here we go. In CJA, you've always had the power to classify values into another, not unlike the fabled saint classifications of old but noble data navigators, did you know that within CJA, you can weave together not one but multiple layers of lookups. Like layering spells to enhance their potency. Behold, we start with a Lookup data set on the product name field but then cloak it with yet another classification charm creating a compositive insights. You can summon a CSV directly into this Derived Fields UI invoking its power immediately for up to 100 rows. Now, witness how a simple product category as dimension ascends to a product super category dimension crafted upon that original foundational lookup.

This not only streamlines your analytics setup but can also better align with BI systems you might have using multiple nested lookup tables with foreign keys and avoid expensive transformations ahead of time. Excellent arrow, ranger. Bard, the volley is now yours.

I break out my guitar and sing the tale that has long been spoken of of the Full Table Export. Beautiful.

Hidden amidst the depths of the freeform table and workspace lies a potent charm, a right-click incantation called Export Full Table. Imagine not just a mere scroll of 50,000 rows but an unbounded table, free from the shackles of previous limits. With a mere gesture, you can conjure an export with up to five dimensions and five metrics and send it soaring to the cloud storage provider of your choosing including the icy peaks of Snowflake or the secure haven of AEP's data landing zone which is a free cloud storage account that comes included when you buy CJA.

Exports can be sent in both CSV and JSON format and they can be set to renew on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. And fear not the sands of time, for those exports are swift, often even swifter than conjuring a PDF export in my experience, and because CJA allows you to report on the person ID, you can even get event-level exports as I'm showing you here. With full support for calculated metrics and segments, and Derived Fields, which is unlike data warehouse in Adobe Analytics, with each application of your magical data artifacts and the tip they produced, Lord Data Silo's power wanes. His form flickering like a faulty visualization until with a final roar of defiance, he solidifies. Forever petrified. A monument to the triumph of data. Peace and clarity are finally restored to Datalitica. Thanks to the brave efforts and sharp minds of our heroes. Let's give them a round of applause.

As the dust settles and the skies clear, a glint of light catches your eye, clutched within the petrified palms of Lord Data Silo, seemingly unaffected by his transformation, is a crystal sphere pulsating with prismatic light.

As your hand touches the cool surface of the crystal ball, its core begins to dance with light. Suddenly, it all becomes so clear. Within its depths lies a vision of the future, the CJA product road map. Let us all peer together.

Coming to CJA. Intelligent alerts. In the realm of analytics, vigilance is paramount. Yet the tide of data is relentless. But with intelligent alerts, you will be able to keep a watchful eye on the ebb and flow of your data just as you once did in Adobe Analytics. Ready to sound the horn at the first sign of notable events. Whether it's surpassing a milestone or a surge of activity, these alerts ensure no critical event goes unnoticed.

Gazing further into the crystal ball, we foresee a time where without person IDs like Ad Campaign Spend or Email Opens, such data is welcomed into the tapestry of CJA. With summary-level data, you'll be able to calculate things like return on ad spend or product margin, or incorporate other previously aggregated data that you may find useful in reporting.

Peering deeper, we see enhancements to Derived Fields. With these enhancements, the art of data manipulation grows stronger, enabling math functions, aggregating metrics to the event session or user level, shifting data forward or backward in time to retrieve the previous or next value, or even transmuting one data type into another.

Multiple dimensions within a free-form table. Imagine the enchantment of a tomb where you can read across the pages not just down. The free-form table within CJA is soon to be graced with such sorcery by conjuring multiple dimension columns side by side, you'll juxtapose dimensions as you wish like a tableau of regions, features, and skews sorted in harmony. This new power aids you in deeper analysis and clearer storytelling.

B2B CJA. In the realm of B2B, the quest for understanding leads and accounts is as crucial as a map to a treasure hunter. For the savvy data explorers, B2B CJA unlocks the ability to do account-level analysis allowing you to segment, perform fallouts, or flows, or perform attribution at the account level empowering you to turn your B2B opportunities into threads of gold.

And then finally, a new spell. Workspace Commenting. This enchantment allows for the conjuring of conversations within the very fabric of your data tapestry. Query your cohorts with questions, summon their attention with @mentions, and respond to their sage advice, all without ever leaving the sacred grounds of Analysis Workspace. It's a collaboration cauldron bubbling with the potential to transform solitary numbers into a shared quest for knowledge and discovery.

Now, as the mystical vision granted by the crystal ball fades, you turn to survey the realm of Datalitica where once stood the ominous shadow of Lord Data Silo, now sunlight dances through the clear skies and there in the heart of the city stands a monument to your victory, a statue of Lord Data Silo, forever petrified in stone, a cautionary tale against the peril of making decisions without data. So go forth with pride for the land thrives on the good data you've upheld. And thank you noble attendees and participants for embarking on this grand adventure with us. If you'd like to learn more about CJA or get more into any of the magic that I've shown you here today, please check out these resources. Feel free to take a picture.

And we'll go ahead and open it up for questions if anyone has any questions.
