The story

Sealed Air is a global packaging technology company known for products like BUBBLE WRAP® brand bubble cushioning that protects fragile belongings from damage, and CRYOVAC® brand packaging that protects meat, cheese, and other fresh food from contamination and spoilage.

Packaging has always been an essential part of the global supply chain, and it became even more critical during the COVID-19 pandemic as many industries  — like food, retail and pharmaceuticals — needed to find safe, sustainable ways to get products directly to consumers at home.

To meet that critical demand, Sealed Air accelerated its digital transformation and e-commerce strategy to ensure it could provide customers with effortless, always-on digital channel experience where they could research, compare, buy, and manage their packaging needs in real time.  They spent the first six months of the 2020 redesigning their core website experience before embarking on a comprehensive internal transformation program to ready themselves to become a true e-commerce company that can attract, engage, transact, and respond to customers online, anytime.
