Connect your call center to Adobe Experience Platform


In this Tech Academy session, we did deep dive on the use cases and integration patterns between Adobe Experience Platform and call centre environments such as Genesys, ServiceNow and custom-built apps. Jithin Kumar from DNB joined us in this session to show us how DNB are building a custom application that will connect their service agent team directly to Adobe Experience Platform, so that the service team can use real-time customer context to optimize their conversations with customers.
