“It’s a credit to Adobe Learning Manager that it allows us to put everything franchises need to train their employees in one app."

Training that keeps Domino’s moving.
A great Domino’s pizza doesn’t happen by accident. Team members need to know how much of every ingredient to use, understand food and equipment safety, and be ready to serve customers when a new promotion or limited-time offer hits the menu.
Training makes that happen. Done well, it helps protect employees and customers, reduce food waste, maintain product quality, and keep stores ready for whatever is coming next.
“Every pizza needs to conform to the same great standards,” says Dustin Ross, global learning systems and innovation lead at Domino’s Pizza Enterprises (DPE). “If I go to Domino’s in Melbourne, it should taste the same as Tasmania.”
Delivering that consistency is complicated. DPE manages Domino’s operations across Australia and nearly a dozen other international markets, from the Netherlands to Japan. With a large, young frontline workforce across 11 countries and high turnover, training needs to be quick, accessible, and engaging.
DPE created Path to Excellence, a colorful, gamified learning experience powered by Adobe Learning Manager. Rather than feeling like a traditional training system, it looks and behaves more like a mobile game — one designed to keep employees learning, progressing, and ready for their next shift.
