“Being able to personalize the learning experience with Adobe Learning Manager helps us keep learners engaged and identify the skills they need to grow.”

Hope Knowles

Director of Learning & Development, Priority Commerce

Building learning into a growing business.

Financial services and fintech are constantly evolving. Product information, banking requirements, and regulations change quickly, while acquisitions introduce new services, teams, and roles.

For Priority Commerce, keeping employees informed and prepared became increasingly important. But when Hope Knowles, director of Learning & Development, joined the company nearly a decade ago, there was no formal training team.

“When I first started, we didn’t have a training team,” says Knowles. “When you were hired, training was job shadowing. You may have had a binder. You were just kind of flying by the seat of your pants.” What started with two people has grown into a global Learning & Development team supporting approximately 1,200 employees and 450 contractors.

As the team grew, Knowles knew it needed technology that could grow with it.
