Jill also provides marketing thought leadership and works with top-tier brands, providing guidance on digital transformation and marketing excellence topics. Jill is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and STEM events. Prior to joining Adobe Systems, she held leadership positions at HP, Agilent, and IBM. She has expertise in market research and sizing, customer insights and predictive model development, and digital marketing strategies and technologies for consumer and commercial.

Rob Liebscher has been at Adobe for over 15 years and has held various positions, all of which have been rooted in data science and machine learning. He currently leads the Foundations Data Science team, a group of machine learning engineers responsible for the creation of predictive models that support Adobe's B2C and B2B marketing efforts. Recently he has become an advocate for experimenting with generative AI in every organization across the company. He holds a PhD in cognitive science with an emphasis in machine learning, but he notes "that was a long time ago."
