Ray is a growth strategist, who finds new opportunities at the intersection of economic, cultural, and technological trends. He seeks to push the efficient frontier for business, the consumer, and the ecosystems around them. Ray’s remit is to lead Corporate Strategy and Marketing for Publicis Digital Experience – the digital pillar of Publicis Groupe, inclusive of Digitas and Razorfish, among others. He has a dual mandate of enabling agency capabilities, as well as guiding clients to realize their own growth potential. This also includes innovation, specifically the application of GenAI to marketing, with a particular emphasis on ethics and content provenance. He represents Publicis Groupe on the Steering Committee of the C2PA. In addition to his agency side roles, he draws from a diverse portfolio of experience ranging from management consulting, marketing, we well as Board work in academia and real-estate. A classically trained economist with degrees from Columbia University and Cornell University, he combines empiricism with experience to provide a unique perspective to the field of marketing.

Andy Parsons is the Global Head of Content Authenticity at Adobe, leading efforts to create open technologies to verify and authenticate digital content and build systems that improve the way we understand the origin and attribution of media. He leads a team that works to bring transparency and trust to digital content through the Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI), a global coalition of more than 6000 members from industry, civil society, and journalism — including the Associated Press, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, NVIDIA, Publicis, Nikon, Leica, Witness, and Universal Music Group — all united in their commitment to bolstering trust in the digital ecosystem with Content Credentials, a simple, powerful “nutrition label” for content.
Emily McReynolds

Emily McReynolds is Head of Global AI Strategy at Adobe focusing on enterprise AI adoption. She has over 15 years of experience in data governance, machine learning & AI across technical research and industry, including Microsoft and Meta. Having deployed AI at multiple companies, she understands the challenges an organization encounters in rolling out AI. Emily provides guidance on AI implementation through frameworks such as The AI Inflection Point: How to adopt AI in your organization. Emily started coding in HTML and taught people to use computers back when we used floppy disks.
Emmy Huang
Vice President of Strategy and Operations

Emmy Huang is the Vice President of Strategy and Operations for Adobe's Corporate Strategy, Development, and Incubator organization. She currently co-leads the AI at Adobe initiative, focusing on enhancing employee productivity through AI, and oversees the enterprise OKR program. Emmy joined Adobe via Macromedia and has held pivotal roles in product management, business operations, and acquisition integration. She also champions inclusion at Adobe, serving as the Executive Sponsor of the Asian/Pacific Islanders at Adobe employee network group and founding the volunteer-led Women's Executive Shadow program. Emmy holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
