Q. As an Adobe Summit/Magento Imagine registrant will I receive a refund?
A. All Adobe Summit and Magento Imagine registration purchases will be refunded to the original form of payment. We will issue a full refund for the pass or group package you purchased at the time of registration. A confirmation email and refund receipt will be emailed to you when we have completed the refund. Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to post to your credit card. If you have purchased via check or wire transfer, we will contact you directly to verify refund options. If you have not received a refund email by March 31, 2020, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. What will happen to my hotel reservation?
A. Hotel reservations made through the Summit Registration system will be cancelled. At this time, attendees have not been charged the associated deposit for these reservations.
IMPORTANT: If you booked a hotel reservation outside of the Summit Registration system or added additional room nights, it is your responsibility to cancel and confirm the refund status on any deposits paid.
Q. Will Adobe provide reimbursement for airfare or hotel booked outside of the Registration System?
A. No, Adobe will not provide reimbursement for airfare and/or hotels that were booked outside of the Summit Registration System. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund options at this time due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline and hotel directly to review options.
Q. Will Adobe Summit and Magento Imagine be rescheduled to another date?
A. We have no plans to reschedule Adobe Summit and Magento Imagine in Las Vegas for 2020. While we are disappointed not to be gathering in Las Vegas this year, we are excited to host Summit and Imagine as an online experience. We will share additional updates soon. Please save the date for the 2021 conference which will take place from March 14-18, 2021 in Las Vegas.
Q. Are you still planning to have Adobe Summit EMEA?
A. We will continue to monitor the global health situation. At this time, we are still planning to host Adobe Summit EMEA from May 13-14, 2020 in London.

A. We will continue to monitor the global health situation. At this time, we are still planning to host Adobe Summit in Sydney from August 13-14, 2020.
Q. Will I get access to the session content from Adobe Summit and Magento Imagine 2020?
A. We are planning to offer some Adobe Summit and Magento Imagine content online, more details will be announced soon.
Q. Is there a cost to participate in the online experience for Adobe Summit and Magento Imagine 2020?
A. The online experience and content is free. For those who have already registered for Adobe Summit and Magento Imagine 2020, you will automatically receive email updates about the online content. If you had not yet registered, please sign up to receive updates here.
