Costa Cruises set out to solve a fundamental challenge: How do you truly put the guest at the center of every decision, moving from communication to true connection? The objective was clear — create a single, reliable view of the guest to overcome silos, and use it to ensure that every customer feels connected wherever and whenever they engage with Costa. In partnership with Adobe and Accenture, Costa replatformed its digital ecosystem around Adobe Experience Platform, with Adobe Real-Time CDP as the enterprise data backbone. The new architecture enables a unified consumer view paired with end-to-end orchestration and measurement across the entire journey, from inspiration and booking to onboard engagement and post-cruise loyalty.
