ABOUT THE SESSION
A well-known U.S. grocery chain took an aggressive and flexible approach to implementing Adobe Workfront and streamlined its 500+ member marketing organization. In partnership with two-time Adobe Partner of the Year, Zee Jay Digital, Kroger set ambitious goals to establish a single operational platform and centralize projects into a single solution. They also focused on improving visibility, prioritization, and collaboration by overcoming silos and intentionally orchestrating CX via technology. The multi-brand, cross-channel in-house agency first implemented Adobe Workfront in 2020, and the initial roll-out resulted in 35% savings of time spent on project management. Optimization of the 2,800-store chain continues today.
