Sazerac is one of the oldest family-owned distilleries in the United States, but it faced a problem: Its corporate website had not been updated since 2007, and many of its popular brands, such as Fireball, Southern Comfort, and Buffalo Trace Bourbon, had a limited online presence. In 2020, improving the online experience for its owned brands became a key initiative for Sazerac and its portfolio of 400-plus brands. Sazerac chose Adobe to power its customer experiences to easily scale globally and help the company get rid of the “mixed bar cart” in its tech stack.
